These flexible, personalized coaching sessions focus on creating lasting healthy habits and supporting your overall well-being. You can choose either a one session, a 3-session bundle, or a 6-session bundle. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.


Yes! If you feel you need a different focus, you can switch at any time. Pricing may vary, and there may be an upcharge for more extensive programs, but no refunds are provided for switching to a lower-priced package. 


After your initial consultation, you’ll receive a link to schedule your sessions at a time that works for you. 


You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations will count as a used session. 


Yes! For the 3-session and 6-session bundles, you can split the payment into 3 monthly payments.
