Refund Policy

At The Wellness Odyssey, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality health and wellness coaching services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you are pleased with your investment in your well-being. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are eligible within the first 25 days from the date of purchase
• To be eligible for a refund, clients must have actively participated in at least 2 coaching sessions

2. Refund Request Process:

• To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to info@thewellnessodyssey.org
• The refund request must include a detailed explanation of the reasons for dissatisfaction with the coaching services

3. Evaluation and Approval:

• Refund requests will be thoroughly evaluated by our team
• Refunds will only be approved for clients who have demonstrated active participation and engagement in the coaching process
• Approval is at the discretion of The Wellness Odyssey

4. Refund Method:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the approval date
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

5. Non-Refundable Items:

• Certain items, such as downloadable materials, assessments, or digital content provided as part of the coaching program, are non-refundable

6. Cancelled Sessions:

• Individual coaching sessions cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund

7. Discretionary Refunds:

• In exceptional cases, The Wellness Odyssey may offer discretionary refunds outside the standard refund policy
• Such cases will be considered on an individual basis
